In Greek mythology, Dysis was the goddess of the sunset, embodying the natural rhythms of time, the balance, and the beauty of change from day to night. As one of the 12 Horae (hours), daughters of Kronos who controlled time and the natural order of the world, she represented the serene and transformative moments when the sun dips below the horizon, marking the end of one cycle and the beginning of another.

Online reservations are available for sunset dining only and must be made at least one day in advance. Secure your table and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunset experiences in Corfu here:
